Yes. Our raw hair is unprocessed and sourced from single donors. It can be colored, straightened, curled, and reused with proper care.
How long does the raw hair last?
With proper maintenance, our raw hair can last 2 or more years. Longevity depends on care, products used, and how often the hair is worn.
Does the hair shed or tangle?
Minimal shedding is normal with any extension. Proper detangling, moisturizing, and nighttime protection will keep the hair looking flawless.
How long does processing and shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. During high volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Same day local pickup is available during business hours. Customers will receive an email once their order is ready.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to sanitary and quality control reasons, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
