TLS Collection Hair Return Policy
At TLS Collection, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality raw hair extensions. Due to the nature of this product and hygiene standards, all hair sales are final once the packaging has been opened.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery only if the hair has not been opened, worn, installed, washed, dyed, cut, or altered in any way.
To qualify for a return:

The hair must remain in its original packaging

The security ties must be intact

The product must be unused and unaltered
Once the security ties are broken or the hair has been removed from the packaging, the item cannot be returned or exchanged.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 3 business days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by TLS Collection.
