Shipping Policy

Processing time is 2–4 business days for hair bundles and lash trays. During launches or high volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. Tracking information will be emailed once orders are shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair bundles, lash trays, or digital products.

If a customer receives the wrong item or a damaged product, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will review and resolve the issue accordingly.

Local Pickup

Same-day local pickup is available during business hours. Customers will receive an email confirmation when their order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up within 3 business days unless otherwise arranged.
